Our Story
Our story began in New York City, a place that moves quickly, full of energy and endless possibilities, and somehow — in the middle of it all, we found each other. Our first date was dinner at a small Thai restaurant we both struggle to remember now, but what we do remember is talking for hours. Somewhere between the stories and the laughter, we both felt that something about that night was different. Not long after we met, Cyrus traveled to Hong Kong. Being apart so soon made us realize how much we already meant to each other. What started as a simple first date in New York had quietly begun to turn into something much more. Our first trip together took us to Hawaii — a place that quickly became special to us both. Surrounded by the ocean and the feeling that time had slowed down just a little, we realized how happy we were simply being together. Years later, we returned to Hawaii to celebrate the proposal — still one of our favorite places in the world. With our family and friends spread across Asia, Europe, and America, gathering everyone together in Italy felt like the perfect way to begin this next chapter of our lives, and we cannot wait to celebrate it with all of you. We're so grateful to have you by our side!
